The Will Maker Direct software is very simple and easy to use and countrywide offer training and guidelines on how to use this.

Very impressed with the delivery and style of the presentation
Countrywide adviser Will Chiles came to our offices to deliver estate planning training to our newly recruited advisers. Our advisers were very impressed with the delivery and style of the presentation. It was very relaxed and informal and there was plenty of opportunity to raise questions. I write to compliment Sharon Marwha and the Conveyancing team on the quality service they provided over the past few months.
Sharon was very professional, prompt and efficient, if she wasn’t there the other members of the team always knew what was going on so there was no lost time. This was not the case on the other side of the transactions where, in both cases, if the person dealing with the matter was absent the process stopped.
This is the first time I have used any firm other than a solicitor for Conveyancing and I would have no hesitation in doing so again and recommending your firm to my friends.
In short Sharon made the transactions less traumatic than they could otherwise have been.

I started working as an associate of Countrywide Tax & Trust Corporation recently and I can’t speak highly enough about the company.
From the very start there has always been someone on hand to help me with all aspects of the business whether it be the New Entrants Team, Marketing Team, Admin Team to name but a few. I would like to make a particular mention of the Estate Planning Team, namely Will Chiles and Janet Pollard.
As a new entrant I found a lot of the new cases I was working on quite daunting and confusing but they are always at the end of the phone to help me out. They must have the patience of saints to deal with the constant stream of silly questions from me!
